Lists and Landscapes with AI

A list is a collection of profiles grouped by data points. With AI-assisted landscape building, simply define categories, and AI will sort them. Start with a landscape as the foundation for subdivisions, or use a simple list if none are needed.

How to Create a List:

  1. Open the profile of the company you want to add to a list.
  2. Click the “Save” button in the top right corner.
  3. Choose between adding the company to an existing list or creating a new one.
    • To create a new list, click “Create new list.”
  4. Enter a name for your new list.
  5. Click “Create list.”

Your list is now set up!

You may edit the description, and add more owners and companies to your curated list.

⁉️ What Datapoints feed the AI Model?

The AI model sorts companies based on multiple data points to ensure accurate categorisation. These include:

  • Client Focus – Who the company serves (e.g., B2B, B2C).
  • Tagline – A short company description.
  • Industries – The sectors the company operates in.
  • About – A detailed company description.
  • HQ Locations – City, country, state, and continent.
  • Tags – Keywords associated with the company.
  • Name – The company’s official name.

Manually Sorting Companies into Landscape Categories

If you choose to manually sort companies, you can streamline the process by selecting multiple companies at once:

  1. Click on a company’s name to select it.
  2. Continue selecting all the companies you want to group into the same category.
  3. Drag the selected companies as a group into the desired category.
  4. Release the selection, and the companies will be added to the category.

This method allows for quick and efficient manual sorting.
