Top Investors

The Top Investors Dashboard helps you identify the most active and relevant investors across any sector, technology, location, or funding stage. It’s a powerful tool for analysing investor activity and portfolios—whether you’re looking to invest alongside specific funds or, as a founder, identify investors who are likely to back your startup.

What the dashboard shows

For each investor, the dashboard provides key portfolio insights, including:

  • Portfolio size

  • Total number of deals

  • Portfolio value

  • Exits and outcomes

  • & more.

These metrics help you quickly understand an investor’s scale, focus, and track record.

How to use the dashboard

Interactive filtering

The dashboard is fully interactive, allowing you to use filters as a discovery and search mechanism. You can combine multiple criteria, such as:

  • Technologies or industries

  • Location (country, region, or city)

  • Funding round type

Based on your selection, the dashboard will surface the top investors that match your chosen criteria.

Understanding investor focus

When applying filters, a highly valuable column shows the percentage of participation under the selected criteria.

For example:

  • If you filter by AI, you can see what percentage of each investor’s portfolio is invested in AI.

  • This makes it easy to compare investors side by side and clearly understand where their strategic focus lies.

Investor comparison

If you want to understand how closely investors overlap, you can use the “Rounds in portfolio companies of” filter (Filters → Round tab).

This feature allows you to:

  • Identify investors that have invested in the same companies as a target investor

  • See how many portfolio companies they have in common

  • Discover frequent co-investors and potential syndicate partners
