When you cannot remember the email address you used for your account or have technical issues

All Dealroom accounts are connected to an email address. If you can’t remember the email address connected to your Dealroom account, let us know through this form send us a message through our support chat (bottom right) together with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Suspected email address
  • Associated company name

If you are experiencing a technical issue while entering the correct information in the log in section, please fill in our contact form or send us a message through our support chat (bottom right) together with this information:

  • Full name
  • Description of issue
  • Screenshot of the page where the issue is visible (if possible)
  • Browser type and version

We will reply to you as soon as we have received your message and checked the issue. Then, check all your email inboxes - we will send the password reset instructions to the account's email address.
