Power Law Investor Ranking

What is the Power Law Ranking?

The Power Law Ranking is a Dealroom feature that helps you identify and analyze top VC investors based on the performance of their portfolios.

Dealroom’s proprietary Power Law Score ranks VCs by the number of Outcomes achieved in their portfolio, adjusted by the funding stage at which they invested.

Outcomes include:

  • Unicorns ($1B+ valuation)

  • $1B+ exits

  • $100M+ revenue companies

  • $25M+ revenue companies

The sooner an investor identifies and supports a winner, the higher their score. This highlights not only which investors back successful companies, but also how early they recognize and nurture them.
