How can I contact when I need help?

If you need help using Dealroom, we recommend browsing through our knowledge base articles first for how-to’s and suggestions to immediately help you.

If you still need assistance,  you can write our Support Team via our chat (bottom right) or fill in the contact form here. When sending a request through the contact form, please try to be as specific as possible about your issue and if possible send us a screenshot of the issue or share the URL of the page you are on.

Please expect a first reply within the following timeframes:

Monday to Friday: 0 to 4 hours
Saturday to Sunday: 24 to 48 hours

Our Support Team may need several responses depending on the complexity of your concern. These can take longer.
